Clean Water Services (District) intends to hire a consultant to design and develop District’s external website, to be built and hosted on the Squarespace platform. Interested consultants must submit proposals.
Proposals are to be submitted electronically to Eli Bonilla, Senior Public Affairs Specialist, via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/2189_Rfp___Design_And_Develop_Clean_Water_Services_External_Website until Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at 4:00 p.m., PST. Before consultants can submit their proposal, they will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus.
There is no cost to register. Any proposals received after the specified time will not be considered. District will not accept proposals by facsimile or email. Proposals will not be publicly opened or read aloud.
You may request an electronic copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) from District’s Website at http://bids.cleanwaterservices.org/ (Website) by selecting the title of this RFP and completing the section to request the document package. This information will be accumulated for a Bid Holders List and your email will be used to send you automatic notifications when District posts a new document or changes information related to this RFP. Consultants are responsible for obtaining any Addenda by using the link provided in the automatic email. District will hold a virtual pre-proposal meeting using Microsoft Teams on August 24, 2021 from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m., PST, for companies interested in submitting a proposal. During this meeting, District will provide a brief demonstration of District’s existing pages, explain the goals for the new design, including the static/dynamic page split, and answer any questions proposers may have. Consultants need not be licensed under ORS 468A.720 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement).
District may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may cancel the solicitation or reject, for good cause, any or all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
