Proposal Documents Due: 3:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday, May 25, 2021. Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to provide vegetation management and stewardship services to existing revegetation project sites along Rock Creek, Beaverton Creek, and at the Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge (TRNWR). Interested contractors must submit proposals. Proposals for this Request for Proposals (RFP) must be submitted to Rachael Caravone, Operations Coordinator, electronically via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/1716_Vegetation_Management_And_Stewardship_Services_Phase_I (Bid Locker) by Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. Facsimile or emailed proposals will not be accepted. Before Contractors can submit their proposals, they will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus. There is no cost to register. Late proposals will not be considered for award. Proposals will not be opened publicly nor read aloud. Copies of the RFP can be downloaded from the District's website at http://bids.cleanwaterservices.org/ (Website) under the name of the procurement. You will need to submit a valid email address to receive instructions on downloading a copy of the RFP. Your email address will be saved in the District’s Bid Holders List and your email will be used to send you automatic notifications when District posts a new document or changes information related to this RFP. Contractors are responsible for obtaining any Addenda by using the link provided in the automatic email or from District’s Website. If you experience problems downloading the RFP, please contact Rachael Caravone at 503.681.4468. Contractors need not be licensed under ORS 468A.710 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement). District may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may cancel the solicitation or reject, for good cause, any or all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
