Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to provide municipal advisory services. Interested consultants must submit proposals. Proposals are due to Christina Gangle, Contracts Coordinator, electronically via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/1379_Rfp___Municipal_Advisory_Services (Bid Locker) by Friday, December 4, 2020 at 3:00 p.m., local time. Facsimile or emailed proposals will not be accepted. Before Consultants can submit their proposals, they will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus. There is no cost to register. Late proposals will not be considered for award. Proposals will not be opened publicly and read aloud.
Copies of the Request for Proposals (RFP) can be downloaded from this website by submitting the requested information in the "HOW TO REQUEST THIS PACKAGE" section below to receive instructions on downloading a copy of the RFP. Your email address will be saved in the District’s Bid Holders List and your email will be used to send you automatic notifications when District posts a new document or changes information related to this RFP. Consultants are responsible for obtaining any Addenda by using the link provided in the automatic email or from District’s Website.
