Clean Water Services (District) wishes to purchase sodium hydroxide solution in bulk quantities under a three-year contract that will begin July 1, 2018 and will include the option to renew for up to two additional one-year periods. Interested vendors must submit bids.
All bids must be submitted to Heidi Blasingame, Procurement Coordinator, at District’s Office located at 2550 SW Hillsboro Hwy, Hillsboro, OR 97123 by 2:00 P.M., PST, May 31, 2018.  A public bid opening will be held immediately following the bid deadline.
You may request an electronic copy of the Invitation to Bid (ITB) from this website ( (Website) by selecting completing the section titled "HOW TO REQUEST THIS PACKAGE" below. This information will be accumulated for a Bid Holders List and your email will be used to send you automatic notifications when District posts a new document or changes information related to this ITB. Vendors are responsible for obtaining any Addenda by using the link provided in the automatic email or from District’s Website. Bidders need not be licensed under ORS 468A.720 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement.)
District may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any bid upon a finding by District that it is in the public interest to do so.
