Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified firms or individuals to submit Statements of Qualification (SOQ) in one or more of the following Master Contract categories:
 
1. Landscape Feature and Natural System Design
2. Landscape and Natural System Planting Services
3. Invasive Animal Species Control 
4. Landscape Feature Construction Services
5. Natural System Construction Services
 
A description of the categories of services and timelines are contained in District's Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Interested Contractors must submit SOQs to be considered. The intent is to enter into Master Contracts with multiple Contractors.  SOQs will be received by Matt Brennan, Senior Engineer, located at Clean Water Services, 2550 SW Hillsboro Highway, Hillsboro, OR  97123 until April 20, 2018 at 4:00 p.m., local time. Late SOQs will be kept by District, but not considered for award. The SOQs will not be publicly opened or read aloud.

This information will be accumulated for a Bid Holders List and your email will be used to send you automatic notifications when District posts a new document or changes information related to this RFQ. Contractors are responsible for obtaining any Addenda by using the link provided in the automatic email or from the Website.
