Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified nonprofits and ecological education/outreach organizations providing natural areas ecological community engagement services to submit proposals to be considered for the award of a Master Contract in one or more of the following categories:
 
1) Field Activities
2) Education and Outreach
3) Project Management
 
A description of each of the categories of services is included in the Request for Proposals (RFP). District intends to award three-year contracts that can be renewed for up to two additional one-year periods.  Proposers with a record of successful community engagement and ecological education work are encouraged to submit a proposal.
 
Proposals will be received by Margaret Wagner, Water Resources Specialist, until August 23, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. local time. Facsimile or electronically transmitted proposals will not be accepted. Late proposals will be kept by District, but not considered for award. Proposals will not be opened publicly and read aloud.

Prospective proposers are responsible for obtaining any Addenda by using the link provided in the automatic email. District may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may reject, for good cause, any or all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
