Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified firms or individuals to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to be considered for the award of a Master Contract in one or more of the following categories:
 
1) Conveyance Engineering
2) Environmental Services
3) GIS and Database Application Services
4) Geotechnical Engineering
5) Survey
6) Water Resources
 
A description of the services included under the different categories and the SOQ requirements and timelines are contained in District’s Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Interested consultants must submit SOQs to be considered. The intent is to enter into multiple Master Contracts for each category. SOQs will be received by Heather Speight, Administrative Assistant, until Thursday, August 31, 2017 at 4:00 p.m., local time. Facsimile or electronically transmitted SOQs will not be accepted.

Late SOQs will be kept by District, but not considered for award.
 
The RFQ document may be downloaded from the District’s Website at  http://bids.cleanwaterservices.org.  You will need to submit a valid email address to receive instructions on downloading a copy of the RFQ.  Firms are responsible for obtaining any addenda from the District website listed above. You may subscribe to District’s Open Solicitations RSS feed at the same website address and you will be notified when an Addendum to, or clarifications of, the RFQ documents have been posted.  If you have any problems downloading the RFQ, please contact Ms. Speight at (503) 681-5109.
