Dam Engineering Feasibility Design Consulting Services for the Tualatin Basin Water Supply Project

Clean Water Services (CWS) wishes to retain a qualified consultant to perform dam engineering feasibility design related to the Tualatin Basin Water Supply Project (TBWSP). CWS will evaluate the proposals and determine the most qualified firm with whom CWS will enter into negotiations. This work will be part of a Joint Project with the United States Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), the owner of Scoggins Dam and will include Roller Compacted Concrete Dam Feasibility Design (RCC Feasibility Design), and Embankment Dam Feasibility Design (Embankment Feasibility Design).

Interested consultants must submit proposals. Proposals are due March 30, 2017 to John Dummer, Principal Engineer, at CWS’ Administrative Building Complex, at 2550 SW Hillsboro Highway, Hillsboro, OR 97123 at 4:00 p.m. Late proposals and submissions via fax or e-mail will not be accepted. Proposals will not be publicly opened or read aloud.

CWS may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may cancel this solicitation or reject, for good cause, any or all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
