MASTER CONTRACTS FOR PUBLIC AFFAIRS/PUBLIC RELATIONS SERVICES
CLEAN WATER SERVICES
Proposal Documents Due: November 30, 2016 at 4:00 p.m.
Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to be considered for the award of a Master Contract for Public Affairs/Public Relations Services.
A description of the services is included in the Request for Proposals (RFP). Interested consultants must submit a proposal. Consultants that already have a Master Contract with the District in a different category may submit a proposal to be considered for the Public Affairs/Public Relations category. The intent of this RFP is to add consultants to the existing list of consultants that hold Master Contracts in the Public Affairs/Public Relations category.
Proposals will be received by Karen DeBaker, Communications Supervisor, at District’s Administrative Building located at 2550 SW Hillsboro Highway, Hillsboro OR 97123 until November 30, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. local time. Facsimile or electronically transmitted proposals will not be accepted. Late proposals will be kept by District, but not considered for award. Proposals will not be opened publicly and read aloud.
