Clean Water Services (District) intends to hire a consultant to design and develop a FOG (fats, oils and grease) abatement data management web application (Web Application), that will be hosted remotely, and maintain it for up to ten years.  Interested consultants must submit proposals. 
Proposals are due to Clayton Brown, Source Control Manager, at District's Administrative Building located at 2550 SW Hillsboro Highway, Hillsboro, OR 97123 by Monday, October 3, 2016 at 2:00 p.m., local time.  Proposals received after the designated time and date will be kept but not considered for award.  Proposals will not be opened publicly or read aloud.

This information will be accumulated for a Bid Holders List and your email will be used to send you automatic notifications when District posts a new document or changes information related to this RFP. Consultants are responsible for obtaining any Addenda by using the link provided in the automatic email. District may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may cancel this solicitation or reject, for good cause, any or all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
