Clean Water Services (District) wishes to purchase a portable T-Liner for sanitary sewer lateral connection repair in the main line. Interested vendors must submit proposals electronically via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/2333_Purchase_Of_Portable_T_Liner until 2:00 p.m., local time, on November 3, 2021. Before vendors can submit their proposal, they will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus. There is no cost to register. Any proposals received after the specified time will not be considered. District will not accept proposals by facsimile or email. Proposals will not be publicly opened or read aloud.
Copies of the Request for Proposals (RFP) can be downloaded from the District's website at http://bids.cleanwaterservices.org/(Website). You will need to complete the section on District’s Website page for this solicitation to request the document package. Your information will be accumulated for District’s Bid Holders List, which is available on the Website and your email will be used to send automatic notifications when District posts a new document or changes information related to this solicitation. Vendors are responsible for obtaining any Addenda from District’s Website or by using the links provided in automatic emails that come from District. District may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may cancel this solicitation or reject, for good cause, any or all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
