Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to provide professional engineering services to design improvements for and assist in the construction management of the Hillsboro High Head Pump Station and Control Gate Modifications Project No. 7047. Interested Consultants must submit proposals. Interested Consultants must submit proposals electronically to Michelle Mann, Program Support Specialist, via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/1963_Rfp___Hillsboro_High_Head_Pump_Station_And_Control_Gate_Modifications_Project until 2:00 p.m., local time, on June 22, 2021. Before Consultants can submit their proposal, they will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus. There is no cost to register. Any proposals received after the specified time will not be considered. District will not accept proposals by facsimile or email. Proposals will not be publicly opened or read aloud. Copies of the Request for Proposals (RFP) can be downloaded from the District's website at http://bids.cleanwaterservices.org/ (Website). You will need to complete the section on District’s Website page for this solicitation to request the document package. Your information will be accumulated for District’s Bid Holders List, which is available on the Website and your email will be used to send automatic notifications when District posts a new document or changes information related to this solicitation. Consultants are responsible for obtaining any Addenda from District’s Website or by using the links provided in automatic emails that come from District. District will provide Consultants with an opportunity to schedule a voluntary, one-hour pre-proposal meeting with the project manager during the week of June 7 through June 11, 2021. District may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may cancel the solicitation or reject, for good cause, any or all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
