Proposal Documents Due: 2:00 p.m. local time, Thursday, July 1, 2021 Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to provide comprehensive professional engineering services to develop a new facilities plan for the three West Basin water resource recovery facilities, pump stations, and conveyance pipelines as part of the West Basin 2021 Master Plan Project No. 7054 (Project). Interested Consultants must submit proposals electronically to Michelle Mann, Program Support Specialist, via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/1959_Rfp___West_Basin_2021_Master_Plan_Project_No_7054 until 2:00 p.m., local time, on July 1, 2021. Before Consultants can submit their proposal, they will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus. There is no cost to register. Any proposals received after the specified time will not be considered. District will not accept proposals by facsimile or email. Proposals will not be publicly opened or read aloud. Copies of the Request for Proposals (RFP) can be downloaded from the District's website at http://bids.cleanwaterservices.org/ (Website). You will need to complete the section on District’s Website page for this solicitation to request the document package. Your information will be accumulated for District’s Bid Holders List, which is available on the Website and your email will be used to send automatic notifications when District posts a new document or changes information related to this solicitation. Consultants are responsible for obtaining any Addenda from District’s Website or by using the links provided in automatic emails that come from District. District may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may cancel the solicitation or reject, for good cause, any or all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
