The Invitation to Bid document will be available for download on District's Procurement Portal at https://cleanwaterservices.bonfirehub.com/opportunities/26983 (Portal) at 10 a.m. on May 11, 2020. All future information will only be posted to the Portal. All bids must be submitted to Heidi Blasingame, Procurement Coordinator, via District’s Procurement Portal at https://cleanwaterservices.bonfirehub.com/opportunities/26983 (Portal) by 10:00 a.m., PST, May 26, 2020. A public bid opening will be held by phone conference immediately following the bid deadline. Bidders can attend the opening by calling the telephone conference number (503) 681-4498. Vendors may download a copy of the Invitation to Bid (ITB) from the Portal by logging into the Portal. If you do not already have an account, you will need to create a vendor account before you can download the ITB (see Bonfire’s site or https://support.gobonfire.com/hc/enus/articles/360011135513-Vendor-Registration). There is no cost to register. This information will be accumulated for a Bid Holders List and your email will be used to send you notifications when District posts a new document or changes information related to this ITB. Vendors are responsible for obtaining any Addenda from the Portal. If you experience problems downloading the ITB, please contact Ms. Blasingame at (503) 681-4458. Bidders need not be licensed under ORS 468A.710 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement). District may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any bid upon a finding by District that it is in the public interest to do so.
