REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR VEGETATION MANAGEMENT SERVICES CLEAN WATER SERVICES Proposals Due: April 8, 2020 by 4:00 P.M. Clean Water Services (District) is requesting proposals from reforestation contractors providing natural area vegetation and management services including: 1) site preparation, establishment, and stewardship, 2) planting, and 3) project management. District intends to award multiple three-year contracts. A single contractor may seek contracts in any or all of the service categories. Work will generally take place in natural areas near streams or wetlands, usually within the floodplain but may also occur in other locations. Firms experienced in vegetation management, reforestation, and habitat enhancement work are encouraged to apply. Proposals are due to John Goetz III, Water Resources Project Manager, at District’s Administration Building Complex, located at 2550 SW Hillsboro Highway, Hillsboro, Oregon 97123 by 4:00 P.M. on April 8, 2020. Late proposals will be kept by the District, but not considered for award. Proposals will not be opened publicly nor read aloud. You may request an electronic copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) from the District's Website at http://www.bids.cleanwaterservices.org (Website) by selecting the title of this RFP and completing the section to request the document package. This information will be accumulated for a Bid Holders List and your email will be used to send you automatic notifications when District posts a new document or changes information related to this RFP. Contractors need not be licensed under ORS 468A.710 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement). District may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may reject, for good cause, any or all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
