Proposals Due: Monday, February 3, 2020 at 2:00 p.m., PST Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to provide fleet vehicle and equipment maintenance and repair services. Interested contractors must submit proposals. Proposals are due to Heidi Blasingame, Procurement Coordinator, located at 2550 SW Hillsboro Highway, Hillsboro, Oregon 97123 (ABC) by Monday, February 3, 2020 at 2:00 p.m., local time. Facsimile or electronically transmitted proposals will not be accepted. Late proposals will be kept by District, but not considered for award. Proposals will not be opened publicly or read aloud. You may request an electronic copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) from the District's website at by selecting the title of this RFP and completing the section to request the document package. This information will be accumulated for a Bid Holders List and your email will be used to send you automatic notifications when District posts a new document or changes information related to this RFP. Contractors are responsible for obtaining any Addenda by using the link provided in the automatic email or from District’s Website. Contractors need not be licensed under ORS 468A.710 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement). District may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may cancel this solicitation or reject, for good cause, any or all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so. A voluntary pre-proposal conference is scheduled for Friday, January 24, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Field Operations Facility, 2025 SW Merlo Ct, Beaverton, Oregon.
