MASTER CONTRACTS FOR VIDEOGRAPHY, GRAPHIC DESIGN, PUBLIC AFFAIRS/PUBLIC RELATIONS/PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT SERVICES AND RESEARCH SERVICES CLEAN WATER SERVICES Proposal Documents Due: December 3, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to be considered for the award of a Master Contract in one or more of the following categories: 1) Videography 2) Graphic Design 3) Public Affairs/Public Relations/Public Involvement Services 4) Research Services A description of the services under each of these categories is included in the Request for Proposals (RFP). Interested consultants must submit a proposal. The intent is to enter into multiple Master Contracts for each category. Proposals will be received by Karen DeBaker, Communications Supervisor, until December 3, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. local time. Facsimile or electronically transmitted proposals will not be accepted. Late proposals will be kept by District, but not considered for award. Proposals will not be opened publicly and read aloud. You may request an electronic copy of the RFP from the District's Website at http://bids.cleanwaterservices.org (Website) by selecting the title of this RFP and completing the section to request the document package. This information will be accumulated for a Bid Holders List and your email will be used to send you automatic notifications when District posts a new document or changes information related to this RFP. Consultants are responsible for obtaining any Addenda by using the link provided in the automatic email or from District’s Website. Consultants need not be licensed under ORS 468A.710 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement). District may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may cancel the solicitation or reject, for good cause, any or all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
