Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified firms or individuals to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to be considered for the award of a Master Contract for Architectural Services.
 
SOQs will be received by Michelle Mann, Program Support Specialist, at Clean Water Services Administrative Construction Trailer, located at 3235 SE River Road, Hillsboro, OR  97123 until 2:00 p.m., local time, September 17, 2019. SOQs will not be opened publicly or read aloud. Facsimile or electronically transmitted SOQs will not be accepted. Late SOQs will be kept by District, but not considered for award.
You may request an electronic copy of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from District’s Website at http://bids.cleanwaterservices.org by selecting the title of this RFQ and completing the section to request the document package. This information will be accumulated for a Bid Holders List and your email will be used to send you automatic notifications when District posts a new document or changes information related to this RFQ. Consultants are responsible for obtaining any Addenda by using the link provided in the automatic email. If you would also like to receive notifications by RSS feed, you may subscribe to District’s Open Solicitations RSS feed at http://bids.cleanwaterservices.org. If you experience problems downloading the RFQ, please contact Michelle Mann at (503) 547-8035.Consultants need not be licensed under ORS 468A.710 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement).
District may reject any SOQ not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may cancel the solicitation or reject, for good cause, any or all SOQs upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
