Clean Water Services (District) wishes to purchase an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) system that provides reliable and repeatable results for ultra-low trace metal and other analysis at part per trillion levels with robust interference removal and matrix tolerance. Interested vendors must submit proposals.
Proposals are due to Bob Baumgartner, Assistant Regulatory Affairs Department Director, at District’s Administration Building Complex, located at 2550 SW Hillsboro Highway, Hillsboro, Oregon 97123 on April 3, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. Facsimile or electronically transmitted proposals will not be accepted. Late proposals will be kept by the District, but not considered for award. Proposals will not be opened publicly nor read aloud.

Vendors need not be licensed under ORS 468A.710 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement).
District may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may cancel this solicitation or reject, for good cause, any or all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
