Proposal Documents Due:  4:00 p.m. PST, Tuesday, February 5, 2019

Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to assist District in implementing District’s Mercury Minimization Plan.  Interested consultants must submit proposals.

Proposals are due to Marney M. Jett, Source Control Investigator 2, located at 2550 SW Hillsboro Hwy by Tuesday, February 5, 2019, at 4:00 p.m. PST. Facsimile or electronically transmitted proposals will not be accepted.  Late proposals will be kept by District, but not considered for award.  Proposals will not be opened publicly and read aloud.

You may request an electronic copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) from this website by completing the “How to Request this Package” section below. This information will be accumulated for a Bid Holders List and your email will be used to send you automatic notifications when District posts a new document or changes information related to this RFP. Consultants are responsible for obtaining any Addenda by using the link provided in the automatic email. Consultants need not be licensed under ORS 468A.720 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement).

District may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may cancel the solicitation or reject, for good cause, any or all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
