CLEAN WATER SERVICES
Proposals Due: Wednesday, January 30, 2019 by 4:00 p.m., local time
Clean Water Services (District) is seeking proposals from individuals or firms to develop and implement a public awareness/advertising strategy that will increase customer awareness of the District and the services it provides and encourage customers to adopt behaviors that will promote the health of the Tualatin River Watershed. The behavior change must be measurable. This is a one-year contract with options to renew for up to two additional one-year terms. Interested consultants must submit proposals.
Proposals are due to Jennifer Waibel, Administrative Associate, located at 2550 SW Hillsboro Highway, Hillsboro, OR 97123 by Wednesday, January 30, 2019 by 4:00 p.m., local time. Facsimile transmitted proposals will not be accepted. Late proposals will not be accepted. Proposals will not be publicly opened and read aloud.

Consultants need not be licensed under ORS 468A.720 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement).
District may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may cancel the solicitation or reject, for good cause, any or all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
