Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified contractors to submit proposals to provide traffic control services under a three-year contract.  District will select one primary contractor to provide all services and one back-up provider.  Interested contractors must submit proposals.
Proposals are due to Ryan Sandhu, Field Operations Division Manager, located at 2025 SW Merlo Court, Beaverton, Oregon 97006 by Thursday, November 1, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.  Facsimile or electronically transmitted proposals will not be accepted.  Late proposals will be kept by District, but not considered for award.  Proposals will not be opened publicly or read aloud.
You may request an electronic copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) from the District's website at (Website) by selecting the title of this RFP and completing the section to request the document package.  This information will be accumulated for a Bid Holders List and your email will be used to send you automatic notifications when District posts a new document or changes information related to this RFP.  Contractors are responsible for obtaining any Addenda by using the link provided in the automatic email or from District’s Website.  If you would also like to receive notifications by RSS feed, you may subscribe to District’s Open Solicitations RSS feed on the Website.  If you experience problems downloading the RFP, please contact Heather Speight at (503) 681-5109.
Contractors need not be licensed under ORS 468A.720 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement).
District may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may reject, for good cause, any or all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
